This outdoor equestrian centre has 40 horses and ponies for rides and hikes, which are carried out in the Fondurane reserve and to discover the shores of Lake Saint-Cassien. Half-day hikes (to the ridges), full-day hikes (including picnic and swimming in the lake), and even sunset hikes are also organized. Frédérique and her team would like to take you off the beaten track and share with you their passion for nature sports in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, by offering you exceptional sea kayaking trips (during the day, at sunset and on full moon evenings), paddling (individual and giant) with or without supervision (initiation, hiking or yoga paddling), Polynesian pirogue, mountain biking (muscular or electric), hiking in the heart of the Maures forest or along the coastline

This school centre, located in the heart of the Touristra holiday village (accommodation possible), offers more than thirty diving sites, from beginners to experienced divers, which can be reached within 5 to 30 minutes by boat. It specializes in the exploration of mythical wrecks such as the Ruby, Togo, Donator, Greek, Espingle, Poursuivante and Tell, from level 1. He does not forget the beginners, children (minimum 8 years old) and adults, who can acquire a diving training until the passage of certificates and certifications.

The entire team of the club will help beginners and certified divers alike to discover more than 30 dive sites from the bay of Saint-Raphaël to the reserve of Agay. This scuba diving school, which is equipped with 2 dive boats, has a changing room, a store, an inflation station and a classroom. In July and August, every 15 days, you can share convivial moments during a night dive with fireworks. You can also try out the underwater scooters for a fun session on the surface of the water!

After more than fifteen years spent on the coast of the Island of Beauty, Siglinde and Pascal have returned to the continent since 2011. From May to September, they leave their Savoyard mountains for Bormes-les-Mimosas, and offer truly "privileged" dives. Far, very far, from the concept of bubble factories, they invite you to intimate outings in very small groups: no more than 4 divers per outing. Note that the boat is available for hire with a skipper: whether you are a diver or not, you have a place on board!

Just a stone's throw from the Verdon Regional Nature Park and the Sainte-Croix lake, this observatory has quality equipment accessible to the simple curious as well as to the experienced amateur wishing to make images of the sky in good conditions. The centerpiece of the site is a superb 620 mm diameter telescope (designed by Olivier Planchon, the owner of the site), installed under a dome and equipped as it should be for the observation and the taking of celestial pictures.

Discover the fauna and flora of the Mediterranean. Board the Ar'guevel (an old 11-meter fishing boat) and head for the underwater paradise of Port-Cros National Park. All dives are done according to FFESSM standards. The diving club offers first dives but also, through its training center, level 1, 2 and 3 certifications. The Louis GO water sports base is located in an exceptional and particularly protected setting, in the middle of the steep cliffs of the Roquebrune rock. This municipal water sports base for canoeing and paddle boarding is supervised by state instructors, a real plus. Different formulas for renting canoes and kayaks and paddle boards are available, but it is advisable to book 3 or 4 days in advance. The only requirement for this type of activity is that you know how to swim! A shaded picnic area is at your disposal.

On the program, discover sailing and anchoring in the most beautiful bays of the national park, to discover the aquatic fauna and flora. In the evening, as the bay regains its calm, bathed in the light at the end of the day, drop anchor for an aperitif offered by the skipper. Since 2015, Michael has been offering naturalist-oriented outings to observe the marine environment - mammals and birds in particular. The outing, Encounter with the Cetaceans, takes you to the dolphin and whale populations, which can be observed regularly between May and October. Created in 1895 by British aristocrats, the Valescure golf course is the oldest in the Var. With a length of 5,019 meters, its design has the particularity of offering several relatively short holes, which can make it seem easy to negotiate. The impression is deceptive because the narrowness of the fairways, the difficult rough, the numerous water obstacles and the rather small greens are all elements that require constant reflection.

The sites listed range from Rubis to Cap Camarat, opposite Ramatuelle, to the barges of Anthéor, near Agay. Day trips are possible on Port-Cros, to dive on wrecks and the Gabinière reserve.
