There are excellent recipes and ideas to discover with or to start with our salad dishes: Antipasti misti, Homardine (300 g of lobster), Caribbean salad, salmon and Woks, crisp vegetables and Asian noodles. For dishes, you can savour Aiguillettes duck and spice crusted tatin potatoes, prepared beef tartar, Chicken breast roasted with honey and lime accompanied by asparagus gratin with parmesan. Finally, for sweets, the crunchy dark chocolate made in Toblerone way, Baba soaked in rum and crushed candied fruit, homemade Bocalito tirmisu with coffee and a selection of ice-creams and sorbets will delight you. At any time on the terrace, you can enjoy the landscape with a cup of coffee or hot chocolate, a drink with friends, or cool off with a cocktail of fresh fruit or a glass of ice-cream.
