A restaurant with a terrace offering hearty, gourmet Italian cuisine and a fine list of regional wines.
Historic brasserie in the heart of Saint-Maximin, this establishment was taken over and rejuvenated in 2016 when a young couple took over the reins. A fresh touch on a restaurant that keeps its brasserie touch with a superb covered terrace in winter garden mode. The menu is clearly oriented towards Italian gastronomy. We tasted thearancini with summer truffles and the linguine with squid ink and parsley. Copious, greedy but the whole lacks a bit of character, of pep. Smiling service and nice list of regional wines.

Aucun goût, sauf celle de l’huile avec laquelle ils ont cuisiné date sûrement limite dépassée
Ce que nous aurions fait si son collègue n'avait pas essayé de rattraper la situation.
Malgré tout, nous ne retournerons plus dans cet établissement. Dommage.
