The restaurant is located in the magnificent setting of the Bastide de Saint-George hotel, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees. Open to all, it offers a semi-gastronomic cuisine in a cosy and relaxing atmosphere. Chef Joël Juglaret, a disciple of Escoffier, highlights Provençal dishes that combine fresh and regional seasonal produce. His specialties? Local lamb and grilled fish. To discover, for example, its crispy goat's cheese from the Capri Reve house with limes; its 7-hour lamb cart from Sisteron, root vegetables and Cailletier olive juice or its seasonal desserts: fine pies with the fruits of the moment... The wines are from Provence and Luberon and most of them are from organic or sustainable agriculture. An address full of delicacies in a very pretty setting that you can admire from the veranda. The refined cuisine changes every three months for the pleasure of gourmets and gourmets.

We don't even suspect before going to this restaurant that there are so many pancakes… For the classic ones, choose traditional pancakes. Otherwise taste the original recipes: Chicken curry, beef tartar, kebab… everything in a crepe. We even make carbonara crêpes pasta! And for the greedy, test sweet pancakes!

A warm and friendly place where families are welcome. Gisèle and Zine naturally contribute to the atmosphere and give you a warm welcome. Soubeyran is well known for the great variety of its pancakes which are excellent. The quality/price ratio is just as important. You can choose from about sixty salty or sweet pancakes. Meat lovers will fall for tartar (raw meat, egg yolk, olive oil, garlic and parsley) while others will share a Provençal one (zucchini, garlic, parsley, fresh cream and cheese). On the sweet side, it's not bad either with Africa (almond cream, hot chocolate) or Normandy (grated apple, fresh cream, calvados). The most: a wide choice of mixed salads.

A new direction and a resolutely organic orientation for this restaurant in Forcalquier, which has taken over from the Bistronome. Ma Nine offers you a homemade cuisine with local seasonal products that are 90% organic, with gluten-free options. Also bistro with juice bar and wine bar, organic.

Valerie has been running this honourable house for over 40 years. The 3 bedrooms (and soon 4) are furnished with beautiful antique furniture and have pretty colored terracotta bathrooms. As there are only a few of them, it is prudent to book them in advance. A stopover without frills but pleasant with a nice terrace for summer or Sunday lunches. In its large dining room, a copious local cuisine is served. The service is fast and the welcome pleasant.

The slate of the day varies according to the mood and envy of David, the chef. Depending on the season, hot goat cheese salad with bacon and noix ; 2 Frères burger with chips maison ; tagliatelle gorgonzola cured ham... when others will prefer grilled meat from France such as this 900 gram rib of beef for 2 personnes ; or this leg of lamb from Sisteron. Remember that all sauces are homemade. Among the desserts: a small dessert pizza or a fiadone. You will be seated in a warm atmosphere with a wood oven or on a sunny day on the pleasant and large terrace. The plus: the whole card is available to take away. A cheerful room with a Florentine atmosphere on pink tones with beautiful photos on the walls. Dalia and San George, the chef, both Egyptians of origin, warmly welcome you. You have here all the refinement of a traditional Italian cuisine in Provence because elaborated with local products. Meat, fish and seafood vary according to the arrivals and compose the suggestions of the chef who has twenty years of experience in the restaurant business. Among these every day a meat or fish with its garnish (beef, veal, seafood, prawns, scallops, sole, sea bream, sea bass...). Among the specialities à la carte: risotto con gorgonzola e noci, raviolini crema al formaggio et funghi, pizza fiorentina (tomato sauce, cherry tomatoes, basil and arugula), gratin di gnocchi al bolognaise. They invite you to taste their traditional regional cuisine using fresh local products. In a warm mountain atmosphere with a decoration harmoniously blending stone and wood, you can have lunch and dinner while enjoying a traditional home cooking and Provencal inspiration. The Café du Moulin is also a place of life with its bar area open all day.

Opened in the fall of 2016, this wine bar already has a loyal clientele who also appreciate the friendly atmosphere. The decoration is superb, all in wood, leather and cork, warm and tasteful like the reception. Special mention to the very cosy terrace. The wine list served by the glass offers a beautiful range in three colours of local wines but also of great French wines. The cellar offers you for sale to take away more than 250 references of wines from various regions of France. The servers are happy to help you choose them. The restaurant side offers plates of cheeses, fine quality deli meats, salmon and a revisited burger menu: try the Southwestern foie gras plate or the truffle ham burger. You can also enjoy delicious squeegees and fondues, such as the one with mushrooms, that you ordered the day before or the very morning. Themed musical evenings are organised on an occasional basis. The plus: the wines tasted are on sale to take away as well as some boards of delicatessen and cheese.

To eat good and authentic Chinese dishes, fans of samossa, beef or duck Xaté, curry chicken (with coconut milk) or caramel, push this Lotus's door to sober and clean decor. Opened in the spring of 2008, this small establishment leaves its freshness and refinement in the family. It offers fast food to eat on site or to take in individual insulated boxes. The map is based on about starters and soups, about meat and fish, not to mention the toppings to the various rice and yellow pasta… Not to mention the shingles saïgonnaises to beef or seafood. Certainly one of the best.

When the sun shines, it is very pleasant to sit on the large terrace to admire the view and watch the constant ballet of skiers in the ski lifts and on the slopes.
