Chef Sylvain Nowak has been at the helm of this renowned restaurant for a number of years, delighting even the most discerning taste buds with his aesthetically pleasing gourmet cuisine. At the beginning of 2024, the chef will hand over the reins and take over the kitchens of the terrasse des Marronniers in Gréoux-les-Bains. It's a personal change of direction, and at Le Petit futé we feel very grateful to this talented chef who has once again amazed us with his homemade Landaise terrine, just-seared cod and seasonal vegetables... A real treat.
