Labelled Relais et Chateaux and Michelin-starred in 2016, the 17th century Convent of the Minimes, remarkably restored, has kept all its authenticity and the art of secular hospitality. It is home to several prestigious establishments. The Cloister with its gourmet cuisine where, since November 2019, the new chef has been taking you to unknown destinations with revisited and inspired dishes. The Le Pesquier bistro, whose magnificent terrace overlooks the pool, allows you to see the talent and efficiency of the brigade. Here well-being and flavours are combined in a sublime setting. Menus and menus follow the seasons scrupulously with a rigorous selection of the product, from the Convent gardens or local producers. A healthy, gourmet and colourful cuisine for the greatest pleasure of the guests. Finally, Le Caveau des Minimes is a musical bar with a hushed atmosphere where you can taste delicious drinks and La Cornue, a maturing cellar where you can combine wine and cheese during a tasting (on request only). Whichever place you choose, you will spend a moment at the Convent, a moment of pure delight for your taste buds in a decoration that is both contemporary and refined in an authentic atmosphere.
