Restaurant with terrace offering an inventive cuisine based on local and organic products

Valerie and her team welcome you in an old stable, created and fitted out in 2016. Here you can find a mix of modern and contemporary style, with magnificent stone vaults. The cuisine is inventive, with Mediterranean and world influences, tasty and based on fresh local products (vegan dish on request and every day a gluten-free dessert). A single menu, prepared the same day with different choices. The surprise is daily and the welcome extra and passionate. The opportunity to enjoy a beautiful and quiet terrace, in the heart of Forcalquier.

Belle découverte. Certains grincheux diront peu de choix, mais c est un gage de qualité et de fraîcheur qui ne s est pas démenti aujourd'hui. Originalité des plats avec un savoir faire cuisinier (pas juste du montage) pour un menu entrée plat dessert a 22€!!!! Imbattable.
