After crossing a very rural corridor, we discover a cosy room and a terrace wrapped in vegetation. In a relaxed atmosphere, you settle comfortably, and forget that you are in town. The menu offers many choices in traditional preparations that we believe have been properly prepared. We serve here a cuisine that gives pride of place to fish as much as to meat, and particularly good desserts. Fresh produce, homemade cuisine, a carefully selected wine list. It is a discreet place, frequented mainly by regulars, but which will not fail to charm all those who dare to push the discreet front door.

A former house restored with the support of the Heritage Foundation, the Share of the Angels offers from its terrace on the floor a breathtaking view of the Auvézère. The room is also full of charm. The boss is friendly and welcoming. The young chef and his team are preparing delicious cuisine and using the best local products: calves from Saint-Yrieix, black ass, sausage with chestnuts, cabécou, apples… for cooked dishes with passion. The chocolate foam has a great reputation here. Before leaving a visit is required in the WC, the half-cabin style at the bottom of the medieval half-latrine garden with view of the Auvézère!

The banners of the Société des courses de Pompadour, created in 1987 by Jean-Charles de Castelbajac, float in the wind, azure background with three white towers topped by grey horse heads from the front and from the side. A simple and welcoming room where you can come to a relaxed break without getting ruined: food, salads, omelettes and various plates, the kitchen is made home. The dessert map illustrates the spirit of the site: almond cake, exotic chocolate, among others, and homemade ice creams.
