Le restaurant ne s'appelle plus la bonne franquette mais :
"L'assiette Meyssacoise".
Plats servis, typiquement de la région et cuisinés avec des produits frais. J'ai un penchant pour la tête de veau et l'omelette aux cèpes; que du bonheur.
