At Claude Cheyroux's, there are only a handful of tables in a small, comfortable and welcoming vaulted room, typical of the village. The Chef proposes a gastronomic cuisine, certainly of quality, which comes from the heart, from the appetizers to the dessert. A single menu-card menu with mythical dishes such as fresh foie gras marinated in truffle and chanterelle vinegar and its home-made walnut bread, creamy rice with truffles, half a farmhouse squab stuffed with green walnut juice and gnocchi à la romaine, lamb sweetbreads in a garlic crust with a creamy parsley and forest fennel sauce, to conclude with the all-chocolate or walnut tart.
