Local cuisine revisited in a restaurant with a superb terrace in Uzerche.

In season, one would only come for the superb terrace overlooking the valley and part of the medieval village. But the cuisine, in this exceptional place, is also a pleasure. The local dishes revisited with fresh and local products make your mouth water: Mussels marinière style, royal of pumpkin, cardamom emulsion and black bread, followed, for example, by a slab of lean meat on a crushed potato, sea almonds and green juice. It's excellent and well done. Very attentive service. The wine list is well balanced.
