100% organic restaurant in Ussel where the cuisine is fine and traditional.
This establishment is located in the Biomonde "complex" which also includes a beauty salon and an organic shop. L'Autrement is an address to remember. It is the first 100% organic restaurant to have opened in Corrèze. The meat comes from a local organic farm. The decoration is sober. The cuisine is both fine and traditional. The menu changes often but you can find, depending on the season, a millefeuille of foie gras with gingerbread, a sliced duck breast with sweet garlic cream, and a rose and coconut macaroon.

Lors de mon dessert,envahi de guêpes, au bout de 10 minutes je me suis levé puis assis à une autre table pour finir mon repas , à ce moment là le gérant est venu pulvériser un soi-disant produit bio malheureusement mon café et mon verre d'eau gazeuse était resté sur la table.. bravo !!
La nourriture moyenne et peut être pas de chance, donc très déçu d'où le titre.
