In the artisanal zone of Le Boulou, no less than 450^m2 of surface are dedicated to organic agriculture. The team has focused on local farmers and seasonal products (not many tomatoes or peppers in winter!). In addition to fruit and vegetables, eco-products (rice, pasta...) and cosmetics, you will find a well-stocked butcher's shop and a creamery, and good references in local wines. As in all Biocoop stores, the welcome is very warm, the staff is nice, always a bit alternative and very qualified when it comes to advising you.

The wines and local products are selected from all over the Roussillon region, thanks to a precise and serious approach to the terroirs and estates of the Catalan region. In the large Perpignan boutique (the other is in Elne), you'll also find carefully selected French spirits and a fine selection of craft beers. As for the advice, it's precise and complete, with a smile and good humor to boot... Bacchus was no sad man.

Charcuterie Boucherie Bonzom is an establishment located in Saillagouse, in the town of N116. They offer a wide selection of quality meats and charcuterie. You can buy their products in-store, pick them up on site or have them delivered. Their specialties include Cerdagne beef rib, boudin à l'oignon and gourmet baskets. They also offer tastings of their products, as well as wine tastings. You can also visit the drying room, with a photo exhibition and a view of the 1,500 hams.

Located in Claira, Biocoop Claira is an organic food store offering a wide range of organic products. Customers can shop in-store and enjoy a selection of fresh, quality products. Biocoop Claira is a member of the organic food distribution network managed by the Biocoop company. The store also offers a consumer service to answer customers' questions and concerns.
