Jean-Luc is tree grower, planted his first olive trees in 1995, then 2005 and the last in 2015 on 3 hectares of family land in Saint Estève, he dedicates the remaining 2 hectares to grenades and almonds. It cultivates 5 varieties of olives (olivère, syrup, lucca, piccholines, ripe fruit) that it declines in oils (all exceptional according to each taste), table olives and the home preparation olivade. For more recently, he has made olive oil soaps. Jean-Luc is a disconcerting simplicity and his reception is in his image. Do not hesitate to discover these products at home or at the delicately grocery store in Perpignan. Counsel: taste great raw almonds, a regal, and 100% fruit juices. A good address!
