Patrice Ey is the darling of restaurateurs, his tomatoes enchant their cuisine. Rose de Berne, coeur de boeuf, petite poire are some of the pretty names you will find on the stalls. The reputation of this farmer is well established, we go there with our eyes closed. You will also find beautiful poultry, goat and sheep cheese, olives, oil, jams and honey from the region. The farm is located at the entrance of Saint-Estève when you arrive from Perpignan. Do not miss the new educational farm for the "nins".

Artisanal vinegar factory now famous all over the world thanks to the enthusiasm of the best chefs. The chefs who use these wines, coming only from the Banyuls and Collioure area, matured in the Catalan sun with young and very fruity Banyuls Rimage, have understood the interest of this exceptional vinegar. Everything is done in the open air, you will see the "dames-jeannes" where the vinegar is refined, after 3 to 5 months of elaboration in oak barrels. La Guinelle elaborates, in addition to white, red or old banyuls vinegars, some "rarities" to discover absolutely.

In a small shop, which nevertheless has a beautiful terrace on rue Paratilla (the street of friends in Perpignan), Daniel invites you to a Spanish interlude with his Serrano de Segovia hams, his chorizo de bellota or his bellota ham aged 36 months. For 13 years he has been serving you ham cut into pieces, whole pieces or simply a nice assortment that you can taste on the terrace in front of his shop or at La Marée next door. You can even order oysters from the fishmonger opposite and eat them on his terrace. We love rue Paratilla.

Jean-François is a beekeeper in Serralongue on a wild and wooded territory. The honey house is located on the family property in the small hamlet of Galdarès. It is not very large but as he says himself, "I like to welcome people and talk to them about my job". The product harvested is the image of this passionate nature lover: a unique organic honey that often wins prizes. Do not hesitate to go and meet him, he will show you his honey house, taste his treasures and maybe reveal some secrets.

You can find everything among the local artisanal products: honey, jams, anchovies, local beers... A beautiful summary of Catalan flavours. Want to have a snack without further delay: know that all the products on sale can be enjoyed on the terrace! A great place to have a drink with local products or spend the evening with friends on a pretty square away from the main road.

We offer you this nugget on the border of the Aspres and Vallespir where Laurent grows saffron at the foot of the Canigó. Attached to his land, proud of his work, Laurent will tell you about the saffron from the picking, through pruning and drying. But also its medicinal use since 8 000 years, antidepressant, antiseptic, healing, aphrodisiac, anti-carcinogenic... A real "alicament". He will give you some recipes such as tiramisu with saffron, saffron crème brûlée and will make you taste his honeys and citrus fruits.

To be enjoyed without moderation: sardines, mackerel, tuna, fish soups... Originality has not been forgotten as we also find on the menu preparations for sandwiches, small pots to be reheated and some really surprising boxes. And it's delicious! The boxes are of all the colors (one would think in a jewellery store), the reception is always with a smile and in bonus one can taste the products. A little air of Brittany in the Mediterranean!
