Domaine Bonzoms has been cultivating 22 hectares of hand-harvested, organic vines since 2009. It's a family story (5 generations since 1827!) and a way of working that's as close to nature as possible. Their philosophy and their wines reflect the authenticity and respect for the traditions of Côtes du Roussillon Villages Tautavel: expressive, very Mediterranean wines that the Petit Futé loves. Come and meet this family, who will share with you their attachment to this arid land so rich in preserved flavors.

Henri Poch, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, welcomes you to his artisan bakery, a former Franciscan convent. Quite simply an artist, Henri aims to promote "home-made" craftsmanship, thus enhancing the value of exceptional local flours and has an unparalleled knack for it. Bakers from France and abroad come here to learn the secrets of good bread. Think of Henri as a tradition bearer who shares his passion on the themes of traditional French bread, Viennese pastries and pastries. One word in your mouth: inimitable!

Initially sold in pharmacies, Byrrh was soon exported beyond the borders under the title of "tonic and hygienic wine". This aperitif is elaborated thanks to skilful dosages of various aromatic plants, giving it sweet and bitter flavours, then aged for two to three years in oak tuns, one of which is the largest oak vat in the world: 1,200,000 litres! The cellars can be visited and as soon as the weather is fine, sound and light, dramatised visits and guided tours will tell you the incredible story of the Violet brothers.

A guided tour of this great cellar, which is a tribute to the work of men, is well worth the detour to discover its superb and grandiose tuns room, through which you can contemplate the immense two-hundred-year-old vats on either side. A must-see! The visit continues with a tasting of dry and sweet wines. By appointment, the Terres des Templiers wine merchant offers guided tours through the vineyards and tastings of great vintages. As for the welcome, it's impeccable, and the whole team is extremely friendly.

"The customers come from far and wide to taste the specialities of this family pastry shop whose grandfather initiated the recipe in 1850. In the pedestrian Rue de la Cloche d'Or, behind a narrow storefront, you'll find a cheese "palace" offering no fewer than 120 different varieties. All come directly from small farmers throughout France, and you'll also find Iberian and British cheeses (cheddars, shiltons...), which deserve their place even in the land of cheese. You can enjoy them (to take away), in copious combinations of cheese platters (5 to choose from) + charcuterie from Aveyron or Iberia.

Created in 1895, the Maison Cazes has become the historical standard bearer of Roussillon viticulture. Awarded the Sud de France label for his rousquilles, with their subtle lemon flavour, André is a "bread master". He is at the bakery from 2 a.m. to make his breads and pastries. He makes all kinds of breads, specials, "tradition" with sprouted wheat and organic leaven, croissants and chocolatines with real butter. These men are the guardians of the traditions of our regions. André's book is a tribute to all those who pass on French know-how, which the Petit Futé wants to represent.

Corine offers you her numbered oils, like perfumes. The n° 1, extremely fruity for true connoisseurs, aromatic and powerful; the n° 2 with a herbaceous aroma, very fresh, and of great finesse and the n° 3, sweeter, ideal for cheeses and pastries, made with black olives only. Corinne also offers you her new "Passion Range", her lemons candied in coarse salt, her dried tomato caviar in olive oil, her black or green tapenades and her delicious olive jam, as well as soaps made with the estate's own oil.

The expression "good melon" came from the people of the village who kept repeating that the melons of the Raynal family were good. One day, Jean wrote it on a sign in front of the shop. The name stuck. Just like the slogan: We speak Catala. 80% of the produce on sale comes from the Raynal garden, seasonal fruit and vegetables grown using sustainable agriculture. The other products come from friends whose work methods Jean knows. When quality goes hand in hand with a smile and a good mood, you don't want to change the early bird!

Jean-François and Laurence present highly aromatic, fine, elegant wines, made in the pure tradition of the region's representative grape varieties. This is one of the few wineries that is within walking distance of Perpignan. It is close to the city, yet far from it. The diversity of the wines of this domain is explained by the variety of the soils: the vines are planted on 3 types of soil: limestone on Calce, black schist in Espira de l'Agly and rolled pebbles around the domain. Finally, the other strong point of this domain is the reception in gites.

The Cave Arnaud de Villeneuve has gathered its oldest Rivesaltes vintages in the historic cellar in the centre of the village. In the cellar, which dates back to the beginning of the 19th century, you will discover the stock of barrels, but also the astonishing terrace on which certain wines are matured in glass containers. You will also find the very special atmosphere of a winery: the values of cooperation, solidarity, fairness, transparency, responsibility and trust.

Arnaud Geslin, pastry chef and chocolate maker and magician of good taste, makes with passion cakes and desserts to fish by greed. Le Petit Futé fell in love with her homemade chocolates, her revisited eclairs and all those good things with secret recipes.

Family of craftsmen butchers who hold all the secrets of manufacture of the traditional cerdane pork-butchery is a reference in the field. The meat is bought from small local breeders in the Cerdagne and Capcir regions. The home-made charcuterie is made from Tirabuixo pork from Sainte-Léocadie. The hams, sausages and other fuets smell good in the shop, making you want to buy everything. At the "Pouget" they are always ready to let you taste a "tranchette" and explain the recipes and traditions of the Cerdanya.

The famous Maison Pouget of Err and all the "Made in Cerdanya" pork products that have made its reputation has had a new shop in Bourg Madame for a few years now. You will find all the know-how and all the products of this family of craftsmen in this beautiful brand new shop and proud of its superb display. More than 10 m of products to taste: ham, pâté, Catalan specialities (fuet, soubressade), local pork... Note the large car park in front of the shop. An address not to be missed for gastronomes. Petit Futé is an unconditional fan.

Saleurs in Collioure since 1870, the family business still works in the respect of the artisanal tradition. These specialities are famous and are available salted, with vinegar, plain, or in anchoïade and tapenades. In the workshops on the first floor, you will be able to talk with the anchoyeuses who strive to perpetuate ancestral gestures. The visit of the workshops and the tastings are free and really worth the detour.
