Artisanal vinegar factory now famous all over the world thanks to the enthusiasm of the best chefs. The chefs who use these wines, coming only from the Banyuls and Collioure area, matured in the Catalan sun with young and very fruity Banyuls Rimage, have understood the interest of this exceptional vinegar. Everything is done in the open air, you will see the "dames-jeannes" where the vinegar is refined, after 3 to 5 months of elaboration in oak barrels. La Guinelle elaborates, in addition to white, red or old banyuls vinegars, some "rarities" to discover absolutely.

Opening time and information on LA GUINELLE

Open Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 3pm to 7pm. For the store of the city center open from Tuesday to Sunday from 9h30 to 12h30 and from 15h to 19h. Delivery possible (shipments worldwide (online store)). Checks not accepted.
