The vines of Château Coujan are planted on hillsides at an altitude of 140 m, on a terroir of sandstone gravel, north of Béziers. Florence Guy vinifies and raises Saint-Chinian, Coteaux du Languedoc and local wines. For the summer we recommend the cuvée tradition A.O.C. Saint-Chinian, 99% mourvèdre and 1% cinsault, a fruity rosé with notes of red fruits. A first cold-pressed olive oil from Château Coujan extends the original production range of Château Coujan.
