Nestled in the wooded valleys of the Laurens commune, this family estate of 23 ha has the particularities of the Faugères: Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault and Mourvèdre grape varieties. On the property, the Abbal family carries out a de-stemming and green harvest by hand, which allows them to keep only the best grapes. The first vintages of the estate date back to 2005. Since 2007, the winery has had the Ecocert label.

Perso, j'attends d'un vin qu'il soit bien charpenté, corsé et puissant quand il est rouge. Souple, agréable, équilibré lorsqu'il blanc. Le rosé je passe. J'ai trouvé ces qualités dans les vins du Domaine de gens passionnés et passionnants, toute une vie au service d'un vin e + en + qualitatif. Médaillés souvent et bio. Du PARFAIT !
