Thierry Carrié, master craftsman, has been making a duty for 13 years to propose what is best in the field of charcuterie and prepared traditional dishes. There is a wide variety of preparations, from sausages to patés, from ham to bone and soubressade. The prepared dishes honour the French gastronomy with the classics, but also and especially the regional classics, such as the stew of Cuttlefish Sétois, winner of the Hérault Gourmand competition last year.
