La Ciderée is an Occitan cider maker founded in 2021 by Ninon, whose orchard, managed in organic agriculture and agroforestry, is located in the commune of Saint-Jean-de-Fos, with apple trees of Aveyron and Normandy origin. Needless to say, this artisanal cider has great taste! You can pick up Ninon Briane's cider directly from her production premises, or from her online boutique. All Ninon Briane products are produced in compliance with organic standards, with a focus on waste recovery and limited, transparent inputs. Ninon Briane favors short circuits: professional (wine merchants, grocery stores, restaurants) or direct to individuals. She also offers jellies and jams. A real treat.
