Located on a rocky land, the Escary family, vigneron from father to son since 1830, has their many varieties in the middle of the garrigue. After the manual harvest, the preparation of each wine takes into account the particular character of each plot depending on the land, its exposure, its altitude, the vine it wears in order to extract the best aromas from the grapes, the finest tannins. Stocking in oak barrels precedes the assemblages which will give four vintages to discover: Temptation, Paradox, Enigme and Beating.

Les Remparts de Neffiès is a historic site located in Neffiès, in the Languedoc region of France. The site is the fruit of the passion of two pharmacists, Mary and Pascal Blondel, who created the estate in 2001. The estate extends over 12 hectares of Pézenas terraces, composed of basalt, dolomitic limestone and pebble soils. Les Remparts de Neffiès produces mainly still red wines, with grape varieties such as Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Carignan.
