An address not to be missed in Béziers, all the more so now that it has won THE Béziers pastry competition par excellence, we are of course talking about the "Coque d'or" competition. This distinction, known and recognized by all Biterrois, echoes the speciality of the house and the local culinary traditions which, every April 28, honor the patron saint of the city by making and tasting (it goes without saying) the cockles of Saint-Aphrodise. In my view, the best boulangerie in Beziers! There is always a queue outside and the goods are selling fast so the earlier you get there the more choice you’d have. They only take cash but there are cash machines near by, so no problem there.

Je prend un sandwich rumsteck le pain élastique et dans mon sandwich un petit morceau de viande qui ce bat avec un petit morceau de salade pour 7e à fuir, ne vous faite pas arnaqué et allez au kebab à côté

Je viens d’acheter deux sandwiches au poulet! le pain était mou (sûrement décongeler) poulet sans saveur, et légumes pas frais. je déconseille j’ai jeté les deux directement, j’ai seulement mangé un petit bou et je suis tombé malade ????

Les coques, de la Boulangerie le Cristal, ont obtenu le prix Coques d or. Certes elles sont jolies, bien moelleuses, le prix est très correct, le goût est très bon mais uniquement à la première bouchée ...... mais dès la deuxième le parfum est trop fort, reste trop en bouche , arôme indigeste qui reproche toute la journée. Aucun enfant ne pourra apprécier ce parfum..... Dommage ! ! ! !

Pain excellent, viennoiseries un peu grasses (à quand des croissants natures ?)..
J'enlève une étoile pour le local vraiment trop petit : on voit mal les produits, et on doit attendre en file indienne sur le trottoir et sous la pluie. Pas top.
Et franchement, ne pas accepter la CB en 2024, c'est n'importe quoi. D'autant que les prix sont plutôt élevés
