Pouzac is a family estate located in Servian since 1870. Covering 40 hectares of vines, the estate is now run by the fourth generation of winemakers, led by Laurent Bonnet. The wines, reds, rosés and whites, are produced using sustainable agriculture. You can, by appointment, visit their distillery and stable museum. You will discover the agricultural work of the beginning of the 20th century, the tools of the time and the means of locomotion of the time, as well as the oldest distillery in the region, dating from the 19th century.
