Surrounded by scrubland and crossed by the Thongue river, the village of Servian has preserved its past with picturesque streets lined with old houses typically Languedoc. From the covered way to the Royal Bridge, passing by the 13th century church, these vestiges show Servian in the medieval period, built on a rock and protected by ramparts. As for the vineyards, the estates, the winegrowers' houses and other follies of Biterroise, they bear witness to the economic boom that the village has known since the 19th century thanks to the cultivation of the vine. Finally, escape to the Jardin de Saint-Adrien, an extraordinary garden classified as a Remarkable Garden.
