"Stop eating junk food, eat charcuterie! This has been the house motto for the past 20 years. Here, all pork is present in ribs, filet mignons, croustillous, hams and additive-free pâtés - in short, charcuterie in the purest tradition. Other delights include pigs' feet, andouillettes and sausages. The pigs are rigorously selected and the charcuterie is made the old-fashioned way. Particular attention is paid to allergens.

Annabelle moved to the Hérault in 2018 and began fruit and vegetable production on the land of her ancestors. She started with one plot and today works on 1 hectare of open field market gardening. With direct sales and in collaboration with local producers, she proposes a distribution in short circuits via weekly baskets distributed to her customers and a point of sale, where you will find her raspberries, currants and strawberries. She has also just started to produce jam, syrup and fruit paste.

The Maison des vins des Des-du-Languedoc is a beautiful showcase of what the region can produce in terms of divine nectar. Located in a 400 th and th century wine-grower, it offers a selection of more than wines and regional products. A Gustarium is dedicated to wine tastings in AOC wines in Languedoc and hosts training and development courses in the art of tasting. A restaurant, Les Cooks Vignerons, is also included.

Jimmy wanted to share his love of craft beer by creating his micro-brewery. He elaborates each recipe himself in his workshop in the heart of the Hérault region, between land, sea and mountains, to create original, aromatic, refreshing, flowery or spicy beers. He proposes ephemeral beers and a classic range with a lemon-basil Blanche, a Pale Ale, an IPA, an Amber with Rum and a Blonde with chilli. When Robert Eden and Kevin Parker acquired Château Maris in 1997, their motivation was to produce high quality wines from the Minervois La Livinière region. Today, as pioneers of biodynamic viticulture, their wines stand out among the Languedoc estates and Château Maris is the first in Europe to obtain BCorporation® certification, a label recognized by the UN and the European Commission. In the cellar, we find red wines made from Syrah and Grenache grapes, white wines made from Grenache gris and rosé wines made from Grenache gris and red grapes.

Located in the north of the Minervois appellation between Carcassonne and Narbonne on the terroir of the "Petit Causse", Domaine La Rouviole covers nearly 36 hectares of which 26 hectares are vineyards and 10 hectares are garrigue and olive trees.
