Guido, your host, offers you an authentic, regional and full-flavoured cuisine. Situated in the countryside of Rollegem, 15 minutes drive from the centre of Kortrijk, all the chef's dishes are cooked with quality products. Some even come from the restaurant's own vegetable garden! Guido will make you discover or rediscover the specialties of the region with a lot of passion. On the menu you will find rabbit à l'Orval, duck breast with orange sauce, smoked pork fillet à la Westmalle. On the sweet side, there are classics such as crème brûlée, tiramisu or iced nougat. There is also a bar if you just want to stop here to quench your thirst with a good Belgian beer after a long bike ride.

A handful of à la carte options, and that's it! The cuisine is highly inventive, sophisticated and flexitarian (with vegetarian options), featuring light emulsions, vegetables full of freshness, color, rare scents and tastes and, a house specialty, decorative flowers. For starters, the mi-cuit of organic beef, beet, micro-herb salad, almonds, aged goat's cheese and balsamic vinaigrette was divine, as was the peach of the day (lemon verbena sauce) and its mashed potatoes and organic celeriac.

This gourmet restaurant occupies the majestic dining room of the Héritage Relais & Châteaux hotel in the heart of Bruges. White tablecloths, a fireplace and princely decor combine with impeccable service and top-notch dishes. Chef Raoul de Koning uses top-quality seasonal and local produce. Noble yet classic ingredients are magnified by exotic touches, such as lamb curry with fried asparagus or veal fillet in a wine sauce with marrow. A very fine address!

For the great bite, this address near the Grand Place serves as a huge boeuf of beef, gambas and large ribs. The service is charming, and the summer is a pleasure to enjoy the terrace with views of the Draps and St Martin's Cathedral. Here is a family restaurant all for good eating (and in quantity) or for a small break in the afternoon.

This former brewery was once an annex of the town hall... hence its name. In July and August, the terrace is very popular. The interior, for its part, has kept its charm with its old stones. The food is simple, tasty, rather copious and, to say the least, original with, for example, the menu of dishes served only with beer, such as the cooked plaice fillet, white butter sauce flavoured with Hommel beer, tomato, mushrooms and shrimps, Flemish carbonade à la Trappiste Rochefort, endives salad and French fries.

Enter a universe where comfort and zenitude are the key words. After a few steps over a pool, you can sit down in the restaurant with its contemporary and natural decor or on the terrace. Chef Ivan Puystiens offers a fair and original cuisine based on fresh products with the aim of surprising (especially the Oh Experience Menu), in the marriage of flavours and presentation. As a starter, the truffle risotto was delicious, as was the grilled turbotin as a main course. Everything is homemade, the pastries, the macaroons and even the bread.

To the delight of regulars, La Table de Flavie has moved not far from the Kaai. Now in a larger, superbly decorated space, you can enjoy authentic, inventive and tasty cuisine. Of course, the focus is on seafood, and the presentation of dishes is always meticulous. Dare to try this sea bass cooked with semolina, grilled vegetables and red bell pepper coulis, seasoned with Moroccan herbs and served with a fresh herb salad. The warm welcome is a real plus for this charming Nieuwpoort address.

The Japanese restaurant par excellence! A few steps from the Kinepolis cinema. Before or after a session, there are ideas to dig, whether you are in two or in groups. Here, in any case, you'll be given a kimono to better immerse yourself in the atmosphere. For five years now the Sakura has opened its doors, and the least we can say is that this establishment has attracted a loyal clientele. A restaurant where you can get to the Japanese grill, the teppanyaki. To the sakura, remember that everything that is cooked is in your eyes, in the midst of great flames. But do not worry, no risk of seeing your order skeleton. The chef knows his job!

For lunch, the restaurant offers pasta, (the generous linguine, tomato, pesto and basil are to die for), but also pies and salads, not forgetting the excellent Flemish carbonnade (with homemade fries) or shrimp croquettes. But save room for sweet treats: apple pie on marzipan, raspberry clafoutis cheesecake style, crispy meringue with fresh cream and chocolate, divine hot chocolate (topped with marshmallows), homemade pancakes with warm cherries, vanilla ice cream and almonds.
