This former brasserie was once an annex of the town hall... hence its name. In July and August, the terrace is very popular. The interior, meanwhile, has retained its old stone charm. The food is simple, tasty, fairly copious and original, to say the least, with beer-flavored dishes such as cooked fillet of plaice with a beurre blanc sauce flavored with Hommel beer, tomato, mushrooms and shrimps, Flemish carbonade with Trappiste Rochefort, knuckle of ham with mushroom sauce and Tongerlo Prior beer...

Nous avons adoré ce restaurant, excellent service, très belle terrasse, la nourriture excellente. Le restaurant est très bien situé sur le grande place, stationnement à proximité.
