Here a huge fresco represents a terribly sexy angel who turns his back on the Malin. There, gargoyles who watch the entrance, gueules wide open. Later, chandeliers come out of the walls, restrained by hands with a strong hand. The atmosphere that reigns here is different from At Jeannot, the café of the corner, you will have understood it! Situated in the countryside of Rollegem, 15 minutes drive from the centre of Kortrijk, all the chef's dishes are cooked with quality products. Some even come from the restaurant's own vegetable garden! Guido will make you discover or rediscover the specialties of the region with a lot of passion. On the menu you will find rabbit à l'Orval, duck breast with orange sauce, smoked pork fillet à la Westmalle. On the sweet side, there are classics such as crème brûlée, tiramisu or iced nougat. White tablecloths, a fireplace and princely decor combine with impeccable service and top-notch dishes. Chef Raoul de Koning uses top-quality seasonal and local produce. With a rich menu of more than 100 varieties, fans will not be disappointed! The restaurant has even been an official ambassador for Orval beer since 2016. But above all, it honours local beers such as Sint-Bernardus or De Plukker. And if you can't make your choice, the owners will be happy to help you match your dishes to the best beers.
