LA VILLE BLANCHE
Read moreLeave the coast and his devices to rediscover the soul of Brittany. Win the White City in the countryside a few kilometres from Lannion. At this address, one of the best known in the region, is the chef behind the furnaces, Jean-Yves who practises a delicate and sought-after cuisine, largely inspired by his land. He is rooted here, his family holding the hostel for several generations. From this knowledge and love of this land of land and of the sea, he therefore proposes, according to the season, dishes such as spider of sea almond muslin of asparagus, spider juice emulsion or Breton lobster, roasted in the oven to the salted butter, followed by her pliers in stew. If you are rather mundane, no problem, the supreme pigeon pigeon, hazelnut muslin, carrots, oak lentins and broccoli will fill you fully. After a dessert of the same ilk, a little tour in the herbal garden and the visit of the kitchens, you believe you dreamed.
