The farm of Kermel is a cereal farm and also a breeding of cows, calves, lambs, pigs raised on straw, poultry (including ducks, turkeys, capons), rabbits. The farm has its own cutting laboratory. The artisanal products are sold directly at the farm in season from Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 12pm and from 5pm to 7pm. Out of season, you will find Marie-France and Christian Riou, the artisan butchers on the market of Pleubian on Saturday morning and on the square of the village of Armor-Pleubian on Thursday.

Simply divine! Yvonnick Le Maux works with cocoa researchers who travel the world to find the best beans, which he then works in his laboratory in Pontivy. In addition to the chocolates, one can also fall in love with the pastries, fruit jellies, macaroons, marshmallows and lollipops... with chocolate of course!

Founded in 1953 by Henri Mahéo in the heart of Paimpol Bay, the Paimpolaise du Large still produces the oysters that have made her famous: hollow oysters, reared according to ancient methods, and flat oysters, a rarer species, reared on the ground in small quantities. In order to adapt to the growing demand, it also markets Bréhat mussels, farmed in the open sea for a minimum of one year, as well as abalone, scallops, Breton lobsters and clams, fished on the Breton coast. Freshness guaranteed!

Johann Dubois, a Breton craftsman who needs no introduction, makes chocolates, ganaches, pralines and caramels that will blow you away. After having created a first shop in Saint-Brieuc, he has settled for some time in the city centre of Dinan, in his pretty contemporary and greedy shop. You will also find macaroons, chocolate bars, cakes and spreads, including one with caramel. Among his specialities, tasty Breton recipes, with buckwheat honey, crêpe dentelle, salted butter...

Yannick Le Lain, master chocolate maker, draws his inspiration from the maritime riches of the Erquy region. It is therefore not surprising to see among its specialities the scallop shell! Two chocolate shells hold small chocolate candies with orange, almond and nut flavours. You will also find in this aesthete a variety of sweets that are very popular with children: chocolate marshmallows and milk chocolate pencils.
