Restaurant offering an evolving menu in a jazzy atmosphere in Sables-d'Or-les-Pins.

Located in the heart of the Hotel de Diane, 1925 is a restaurant open to all. Do not hesitate to push the door of this beautiful establishment, masterpiece of art deco to enjoy the jazzy atmosphere and the cooking of the chef Cédric Menguy. Here we make it a point of honor to work in short circuit, with seasonal products, and to propose an evolving menu. The dishes are made with products from oyster farmers, fishmongers and organic market gardeners from Erquy (it couldn't be more local). In the plate, the products are sublimated without never being denatured. Delicious!

He offers you all the flavours of the region, between land and sea, soil and creativity and offers a fine cuisine made of fresh seasonal products: fish specialities, oysters from Fréhel, seafood platters and scallops from Erquy. At the restaurant "Le 1925", the dishes smell of Brittany... and the herbs from the garden.

It is also the ideal place for business meals and family gatherings. Group lunches or dinners in a quiet setting in beautiful, fully renovated rooms (inside or outside), with warm tones that combine tradition and modernism, refinement and comfort.
