Coming from a long line of winegrowers, Patrick Coulbois has been established for more than 40 years on the slopes of Saint-Andelain, particularly renowned for their flint clay soil. His vineyard produces wines with a recognised typicity, such as the cuvée "les Cocques", which is particularly representative of the "flint stone" aromas that make up the specificity of the local terroir. This cuvée, which has been distinguished many times, can be found on the best tables, particularly in London. Visit by appointment.

The estate has no less than 23 ha of vineyards including 19 acres on the towns of Pouilly Saint-Andelain, and 4 acres on various towns lining Cher. The vineyard, planted in sauvignon, chasselas and Pinot Noir, offers beautiful productions of pouilly- smoked, pouilly-sur-loire and "Vieilles Vignes", as well as delicate Sancerre white, red and rosé. Then mix with taste these treasures at the fruity touch, plant flavours, finesse in the mouth, in short, the quality of wines from a know-how of tradition.

The Chèvrerie de Cheugny is home to about sixty goats of the "alpine chamois" breed. These adorable goats produce a fresh floral milk, ideal for the realization of tasty small cheeses made on the spot, with the raw and whole milk, available from March to December. From January to the beginning of March, the goats are "dry" and will only produce milk at the time of calving which takes place at the end of February. All year round, mohair articles produced by the Angora goat herd as well as other goat products are available in the store.

The S.C.E.V Jean-Jacques Bardin winery is a must for wine lovers. Managed by the Bardin family's 9th generation of winegrowers, the estate covers 55 hectares of vines divided between AOP Pouilly-sur-Loire and AOP Pouilly-Fumé, AOP Sancerre and IGP Côtes de La Charité appellations. The owner-growers cultivate their vines according to the HVE "Haute Valeur Environnementale" approach, limiting the use of pesticides and promoting biodiversity. The wines produced, such as Pouilly-sur-Loire, Sancerre and Côtes de La Charité, perfectly express the terroir of the region.

Family-owned since 1686, the Landrat-Guyollot estate covers 17 hectares of rich, varied terroirs in the luminous landscapes of the Loire Valley. The estate's four cuvées - Les Binerelles, La Rambarde, Gemme Océane and Gemme de Feu - express the elegance and freshness of their wines, in which traditional viticulture reigns supreme. Domaine de Bel Air is a wine cellar offering a unique experience for wine lovers. The winegrowers, who have been cultivating the vineyard for eight generations, combine tradition and modernity to produce quality wines, including the famous Pouilly Fumé. The Domaine de Bel Air cellar is housed in an 18th-century vaulted cellar, providing an authentic and charming setting for wine tasting. Château Favray is a vineyard located in Saint-Martin-sur-Nohain, in the town of Pouilly-sur-Loire. The estate offers tours and tastings of its wines, including the famous Pouilly Fumé. Domaine Bonnard is a winery located in Saint-Andelain, near Pouilly-sur-Loire. The estate was purchased in 1951 by the current owner's grandfather. Today, the estate covers 10.85 hectares and produces mainly Sauvignon-based wines, with three Pouilly Fumé wines featuring different aromas and flavors. The estate also uses a Chasselas grape to produce Pouilly sur Loire and quality sparkling wine. The estate's plots benefit from a favorable climate thanks to their proximity to the Loire, and have a predominantly south-westerly exposure. Soils vary from Kimmeridgian marl to Villiers limestone and flint, giving the wines different characteristics. The estate practises traditional, reasoned cultivation, limiting the use of weedkillers and working the soil. Vinification is also traditional, using thermoregulation in the vats to extract the maximum aromas from the Sauvignon grapes. The estate has a tasting cellar and offers tours of the winery by appointment. Domaine Bonnard wines regularly win medals in national competitions and are listed in specialized guides.

Located in Saint-Andelain. The vineyards extend over 22 hectares, with flinty clay and kimmeridgian shell soils. The domaine offers a wide range of cuvées, from Blanc Fumé and Sauvignon to more complex, elegant wines. The grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness and carefully sorted before vinification in air-conditioned underground cellars. The wines are then aged in bottle in a vaulted cellar with columns. Wine enthusiasts can taste the estate's wines and enjoy the panoramic view over the Loire from the Saint-Andelain hill.

Céline Houde, an organic market gardener, works on her 1 hectare farm where many varieties of vegetables are grown, including local and forgotten vegetables such as bouejo, a dry bean from the Morvan that used to be widely cultivated. A method of cultivation based on permanent mulching, and a short sales circuit, favouring direct sales on the farm and at local markets. Composite baskets are also available and diversify according to the seasons. A great initiative to be encouraged, and a way to discover local cultures!

This farm is located in the Bazois region, in the commune of Alluy. Saffron is grown in this unspoilt environment, not far from the Canal du Nivernais and Châtillon-en-Bazois. Established since 1988 on a 42-hectare estate in the protected zone of the Crottin de Chavignol PDO, the Chèvrerie des Brosses has 210 goats fed exclusively with cereals and forage produced on the farm. Managed by Jean-François Vavon, the store offers a wide range of dairy products: milk, yoghurts and Chavignol cheeses, of course, but also tasty meat terrines with port or armagnac. For a century, a pharmacy stood there. That's all it took for Claire Tabbagh and Eva Kaddour to unite their passion and create the unexpected Officine du cacao! Everything here is reminiscent of bygone days, right down to the tablets in the shape of paracetamol tablets. Above all, they cultivate the highest standards. The cocoa comes from Ecuador and is roasted on site. In short, run to discover these chocolates with their sometimes surprising aromas. Like Morvan white fir or cornflower calendula, for example. The Pérot family breeds about 80 dairy cows, Charolais and Aubrac cows on the family farm. From the milk harvested, dairy products with an authentic taste are made on the spot. A craft work, whose generosity is found in the quality of the products: ladled faisselles moulded by the artisan cheesemaker as well as yoghurts brewed with whole milk, plain or with fruits, creamy as you wish! Craftsmen who give preference to local or French products, both for the raw materials and the packaging.

There are some addresses that we really like at Le Petit Futé, and La Cerise sur le Cochon is one of them! Delphine and Pascal Leballeur, craftsmen butchers and lovers of good products, work in their family cannery, to make terrines and cooked dishes in glass cans. Attentive to the satisfaction of their customers, they make their preparations in small quantities, only with quality products, in the respect of taste and butcher traditions. B comme Bière was born from Philippe's passion for beer: it is in the heart of the green Morvan that he set up his microbrewery to produce his beers in an artisanal way and in a short circuit. His beers are both sweet and amber, light and refreshing, or creamy according to the desires of the moment. The Pils, the Ambrée, the Brune and the seasonal beers are to be found directly at the brewery or on the markets of Saulieu and Alligny-en-Morvan. Beers with simple and generous tastes, to be shared in a friendly atmosphere. Coming soon, a gîte and a bar-restaurant.

In an authentic Burgundy farmhouse, Gilles and Mathieu Maudry produce several cuvées of Pouilly Fumé, as well as a number of local wines. The Sauvignon Blanc grape expresses itself in white wines with unique aromas. But you can also count on the finesse of a sparkling white wine, La Poullysonne, and the red fruit notes of cuvées de Garennes, made from Pinot noir. It is possible to order online, but the father and son winemakers are always happy to welcome interested parties to the estate.

Since opening at the end of 2021, Chez Pêtre bakery and patisserie has kept its promise to delight many a gourmet. Located on Place Saint-Louis, Laurence and Julien Pêtre welcome you to a world where everything is homemade: savoury and sweet will delight the taste buds of gourmets. A special mention for their use of Label Rouge flours, certified CRC, a guarantee of quality and flavor. We love the bakery and patisserie creations that regularly appear on the shop's shelves. In the aquaculture exploitation of Corancy, Arc en Ciel and Fario trouts, salmon of the Fountains and common graylings are raised with an aim of repopulation of the rivers, and are also sold in transformed products. You will find in the store trout rillettes, smoked fillets, paupiettes or vacuum-packed fish. The farm is also open to group visits upon reservation. A nice address for gourmet souvenirs.

Just a stone's throw from Clémentine's excellent restaurant Le Cocktail, you'll find her "épicerie fine". At reception, Fabien (Clémentine's son) will offer you exotic products from Réunion and Madagascar, where his mother comes from. But that's not all. Local products too, and basic items. And let's not forget the beautiful range of Malagasy handicrafts. Last but not least, you can also enjoy a coffee on the spot, or even a good sandwich. Another plus is the wide opening hours. Really practical! We really like it.

In the heart of the Nohain valley, the Fillouse goat farm is a great place to discover the region's fine goat cheeses. Here, Raphaël Bourdon makes his own crottins, bûches, pyramides and bouchons from his goats' milk... cheeses that are equally at home as aperitifs or in delicious salads! In summer, you can visit the goat farm, take a tasting and, of course, buy the products.

Laura invites you on a journey of the senses as she concocts her own rhums arrangés. Flambéed banana, mango, vanilla, tarte tatin or lemon verbena, the varieties are numerous and 100% pure fruit. In fact, no flavoring is ever added. Laura uses an agricultural rum from Martinique, flavored with fresh sugar cane, to which she adds fresh, organic, seasonal fruit, often dried and prepared in their country of origin. Don't hesitate to sample (in moderation!) her delicious creations. You'll find them in her boutique.
