Delphine and Pascal Leballeur are no strangers to local epicureans. The charcutier-turned-canner set up his artisanal cannery in Prémery a few years ago, offering terrines, rillettes and foies gras to order or at a number of local markets. Until now, "La Cerise sur le cochon" didn't have a store, but now it does, with this stall set up in the Grande rue in the summer of 2024. Try the pâté de campagne au sancerre or the terrine de faisan au cidre du Morvan. Delicious!
