Three fruit nectars come from organic agriculture: the blackcurrant nectar, the apricot and the mirabelle one. He made two exquisite products for the Bernard Loiseau group: the Morello cherry nectar and blackcurrant buds, the Lorraine mirabelle and grapefruit nectar. This year, the range has extended with a salted butter caramel and blackcurrant of Burgundy. As sweets or in spreads... A delight. As for the salted dishes, find vinegars with fruit pulp, confits, spices like the pepper with blackcurrant, made from blackcurrant buds harvested in February. A noble product, with vegetable and fruity flavour. Our favourite? The Reunion mango confit and the shallot of Brittany. A great combination.
