Domaine Thierry Mortet is a winery located in Gevrey-Chambertin. It offers wine delivery services. On July 4, 2015, the Climats du vignoble de Bourgogne were inscribed on the Unesco World Heritage List. The Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune and their more than 1,200 parcels of vineyards called "climats" are recognized as unique in the world for their diversity, as is the historical heritage they represent. The cities of Dijon and Beaune, as well as the nearly 40 wine-producing villages, are true elements of heritage to be discovered. Mac Malden is a young brand of whiskey born next to Beaune. With his Scottish accents, this name goes back to the origins of the Maldant family, that of an English Lord. Jean-Luc Maldant, who is now the owner of Domaine Maldant Pauvelot, has wanted to create a whiskey with Burgundian roots. After several years, the brand became that of a range of 5 whiskys to the burgundian touch. The "juice" is selected from a blender master from a Scottish Spey Valley distillery. The BIVB, Bureau Interprofessionnel des Vins de Bourgogne, a 1901 association, founded in 1989, brings together under its umbrella all the players in the region's wine industry: winegrowers, cooperators and négociant-breeders.

The BIVB aims to give a common axis to the wines produced in the region. Raising awareness, promoting, organising, selling and making known, this is the credo displayed. To preserve the assets, the quality and the specificities of Burgundy wine in a context of increasing internationalization of markets. The initiatives are aimed at both branches of the industry (production and sales) as well as at both ends of the chain (from producer to consumer). The website www.vins-bourgogne.fr has become a veritable encyclopaedia for everyone's use. Discover the Burgundy of wines, understand the aromas, the Climates, manage your cellar, know the agenda of wine festivals, know who are the winegrowers members of the Charter "de Vignes en Caves" who pamper their visitors, in short, know everything.

The BIVB runs "L'Ecole des Vins", which offers fun but studious training courses for wine lovers who want to learn more.

The BIVB will be in charge of running the future Cities of Wines and Climates of Burgundy in Beaune, Mâcon and Chablis. Opening to the public in the spring of 2022

On the Crémant road, all Van Hecke productions are carried out in an artisanal and manual manner (including the work of the vine), only bottling is processed by a claimant for unblocking and not. The rates are still very attractive. Olivier van Hecke was set up more than years ago in Châtillon-sur-Seine as a collecting-sur. Trained in agriculture, passionate by his land, he chose to take part in the renaissance of the region's wine-growing past, and in particular that of Crémants Du whose finesse and originality are sometimes worth a champagne. On less than 3 ha of vines, 30 000 bottles per year are produced in the field: wines (white Burgundy, red and rosé), but above all crémants (white burgundy, white white and rosé). To give them a very special signature, Olivier van Hecke's white crémants come from a pinot noir and Pinot noir which gives them balance, complex aromas and finesse in the mouth.
