Near Nuits-Saint-Georges, in Premeaux-Prissey, Maison Ambroise has been perpetuating family know-how for five generations. Formerly diversified producers (cereals, blackcurrants, vines), the family turned exclusively to viticulture in the early 1970s. On 20 hectares, they produce 20 distinct appellations, from regional to Grand Cru: Bourgogne Côte d'Or, Nuits-Saint-Georges, Nuits-Saint 1er Cru Les Vaucrains, Corton Grand Cru... A full range of red, white and sparkling wines to discover by appointment.
