Opened a few months ago on Rue au Blé - and easily recognizable with its white front - this pretty boutique has become a haven for spirits enthusiasts. Hundreds of references are on offer here, from whisky to the most unexpected spirits, and you'll be advised by Thomas, who also runs the cocktail bar nearby. Many of the spirits on offer are the result of the team's relentless research: nuggets waiting to be discovered.

This farm offers a very nice shop, easily covered with wood, and which will allow you to discover the products of the place. One of the specialties of the Fraserie is terrines and foie gras, which you will discover in quantity - and quality - but also meat and poultry, as well as ready-made meals. Here, everything is made from A to Z, and the various awards and distinctions of the farm confirm the excellence of the place. Finally, note that beyond the shop, you can find the products at the local markets.

This excellent house in the south of France does not lack resources. And for good reason: the Maison Le Blanc offers a whole range of excellent products, from ham on the bone to pâtés and, more rarely in the area, andouillette and andouille de campagne. The Maison Le Blanc, named after Thierry, the master of these productions, can be found in Saint-Martin-de-Landelles or Saint-James, as well as on the local markets. The whole is obviously labeled Manche Terroirs, rewarding the quality of the productions.

After several years in Gratot, a few kilometers away, Captain James is now in Agon-Coutainville, joining a larger space to develop his activities. These are well known locally: the brewing of beers, which come in all colors: white, blonde, red and brown, not forgetting IPA, with its distinctive aroma. You can find them on site from Thursday to Saturday, or at the Coutainville market. You can also visit the premises on the first Saturday of each month. Note that bottles are returnable.

The Maison Jehan offers many products based on the emblematic fruit of Normandy, the apple, but also the pear. Legitimately labeled "Manche Terroirs", these products are true marvels made in the rules of art. Cider, pommeau, calvados and also perry, a pear-based product of which the south of Manche and the west of Orne are the main producers, are available. The youngest will also appreciate the excellent juices. During the summer season, the store is open near the parking of the Mont.

Opened for more than a year, this pretty store with a red front is run by Patricia Lengronne, who had the nice idea to offer to the people of Granville, and to those who come from further away, products from Madagascar. Vanilla, of course, as the name indicates, but also spices in quantity and quality, chocolates, arranged rums and even fruits and vegetables. You will also find a small area of West Indian products, making Epices et Vanille a real Ali Baba's cave of a thousand delights.

The Hérout family's property is composed of orchards of selected cider apples certified Organic Agriculture. It is in the respect of traditional cultures, with 100% organic productions, that a unique cider is produced here, benefiting from the PDO Cidre Cotentin, and developed according to several exceptional vintages. That's not all, here we also produce pommeau and calvados, also among the best in the whole region, as well as fruit juice and vinegar. The place is well worth a visit.

You can't visit the cider factory's production facilities, but you'll be warmly welcomed here. Francis Dupont's Cidrerie de la Brique has come a long way since it was founded in 1953. The nectars are made from apples (and pears) harvested in Cotentin orchards planted with traditional, high-stemmed apple trees and more recent, low-stemmed apple trees of carefully selected varieties. In addition to cider, you'll find pommeau, poiré, organic apple juice... and a 33 cl format called La Brick.

Betweenbeaches and bocage, the Côte des Isles (Barneville-Carteret, Port-Bail, Denneville)is home to many treasures, including cider from this well-known estate: traditional brut and demi-sec, organic brut and demi-sec, there's no shortage here. All these treasures are certified "Bio Qualité France". You can add other sweet beverages (pommeau, calvados, apple juice, vinegar) to your shopping basket. These products are much appreciated by locals and, by word of mouth, by many visitors and tourists.

If the setting of this grocery store is sublime (Barfleur is one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France), the place itself is just as pleasant! Here, all the gastronomic Normandy - but not only (the choice of wine is just as vast) - is represented, proposed, sublimated! The products (cider, jams, whiskies, chocolates, etc...) are tastefully displayed and will be hard to resist! And if you are put in appetite, note that you have just beside the restaurant Le Phare.

This family-run business continues to gain notoriety, and with good reason! The beautiful farm in Moyon-Villages has won numerous awards (gold medal for its chocolate cream, and bronze medal for its strawberry milk yoghurt at the Salon de l'Agriculture 2024), and deservedly so! Théo Capelle tells the story of cider, calvados, apples, and its fabulous nectars, from a family production. The Théo Capelle cider-distillery consists of 10 hectares of orchards, 6,500 apple trees, fifteen varieties, a press and a shop. The orchard, distillery and shop can be visited all year round. You can stroll through the apple tree alleys, listen with delight to the sweet vocabulary of apple work, and discover the still where the AOC Calvados and the AOC Normandy pommeau are distilled. Of course, you can taste some of the clever potions!

In Grosville, in the authentic setting of the Commanderie, Jean-François Vaultier invites you to discover his cider products. He also makes calvados, pommeau (an aperitif made from cider and calvados), apple juice, cider vinegar, cider confit, as well as apple, elderberry and rhubarb jam and blackberry jelly. During the visit of the press dating from 1942, still in use in this old farm, you will be explained how cider is made... It's interesting and you can leave with your bottles!

It is with the milk jam that the history of the company begins. Since then, the family farm has started to produce other milk sweets: chocolates, berlingots, calvados cream or jams, which have been widely rewarded. The sign is also a splendid place, halfway between a flea market and a farm, in an old farmhouse. You also have a nice tea room, in a carefully thought rustic atmosphere. We love it!

The abbey of Valognes is a liturgical place, a notable architectural ensemble, but not only. Indeed, the Benedictine sisters also have a place where they make products that are worth being known: delicious fruit pastes. You should know that their recipe is well-guarded! Guaranteed without colouring, without preservatives, with natural fruit flavours, you will have the choice between ten traditional flavours, with or without chocolate coating, they are just perfect! This cheese dairy was founded in 1931 by Théodore Réaux. From the outset, production focused on ladle-molded Camembert made from raw milk, and the dairy opens its doors to the public. You'll visit the AOC Camembert production workshops, then move on to the molding and renneting workshop, and discover the hâloirs, the ripening cellar and the packaging line. The cheeses, which won 5 medals again this year, can be purchased in the store.

The " P'tit Gris des Moulins " is a helicicultural breeding farm created by Florence and Jean-Jacques Lucas. Two breeds of snails are raised on their farm, in an outdoor park, in the middle of the woods, on the heights of the Vallée des Moulins, in Fermanville. The public eager to know everything about snails is also welcome since the farm has the labels "Discovery Farm" and "Educational Farm". Please note that you can be accommodated here.

If you are looking for excellent dishes, made with local products in the rules of the art, and that you can get directly from the producer, look no further! It is indeed in the small village of La Haye-Bellefond, near Villidieu, that Sylvain Hardel's farm welcomes you every day from 5:30 pm to 7 pm. You will find here fresh creams, churned butter and, of course, Camembert. Lovers of short circuits, you will be rewarded with a top quality welcome.

It is the home of cheese in the city, and we must admit that the loyalty of the clientele is not without reason! Because this Carnival of Cheeses (you'll appreciate the nod to the famous annual meeting in Granville) offers hundreds of references, some of which are made by the owners. Here, they know a lot about cheese, and the advice and welcome are excellent. François and Nadia will have no shortage of little wonders to offer you, starting with the unmissable Durand Camembert, of which they are the producers.

It is a traditional restaurant that offers a famous menu for workers because considering only the North-Mont in this way would be almost disrespectful! But this place is also equipped with a nice delicatessen where you can find the vast majority of the essential products from the north of France and Belgium! Indeed, in addition to a wide assortment of beers, Nord Mont also offers Belgian wines, aperitifs, and nice digestives.

For a few years now, this nice summary of the best of Normandy has been available in the Bay's grocery store. You will find it on your way to Mont Saint-Michel, and it is very well indicated. Launched by a group of young enthusiasts, the business not only offers pale and amber beers, but also a number of original creations, some of which are made in secret. The latter won awards at the last Salon de l'Agriculture!

If you're familiar with the Maison des Produits Régionaux, also known as Vergers de la Passion, located in Martinvast, then you're going to love the cider house! Located in Rauville-la-Bigot, some ten kilometers from the store (you'll have to head for Bricquebec), it can be visited from April to September and offers visitors the chance to discover how cider and vinegar are made. The tour ends with a tasting session.

This Hallette aux Vins offers, in the heart of the city, countless wine references. It is a real passion that animates the owner of the place, who makes it a point of honour not to pass through wine merchants, but to deal directly with the producers. All this results in a qualitative and quantitative shelving, with no less than 350 references, and many bottles at less than ten euros. Reds, whites, rosés: nothing is missing and, as you will have understood, advice is not an empty word. Oenology courses are also offered.

It is on the commercial Place des Résistants that opened, at the end of last August, this nice delicatessen, managed by David. Here, the choice is vast and the possibilities are multiple. You will find many culinary references from the area, such as the charcuterie de la Trappe and many cheeses. But the offer does not stop here, since Le Panier also offers wines, cakes, and coffee: unbeatable!

Pooling local products and finding them in one place: this is the principle of the Maison des producteurs, which offers local products from partner farms in the surrounding area on a short circuit. You will of course find delicatessen and meat, but also dairy products, fruit and vegetables or eggs. Here, you will only find products according to the seasons, and you will think about making sure that they are available beforehand!

Located in the heart of the Galanderie artisanal zone, Cav' Aventure is first and foremost a beautiful and vast cellar: it's hard not to find something to suit your taste in wines, beers and spirits. Thomas and Paul's advice is always well-informed, not to mention the many events organized here throughout the year. You'll also find delicatessen products here, as well as a range of services for small events. All in all, a multi-faceted venue that's a local sure thing!

Among the many beers made in the Manche, in Hauteville, it is the Moussette that you will find. Behind this pretty name, a link between the beverage and the nearby sea, lies the know-how of two young locals. Brown, blond, white: the beer elaborated here in the rules of art is full of flavors, strong and soft, and is acquired according to half-liter bottles. The complex includes a nice beach bar, open every day in summer.

A rare expertise, and products of immense quality: the Sea Frais workshop, located in Dragey, is indeed an expert in salmon smoking. This is where the fish arrive from Ireland, Scotland and above all Norway, to be smoked according to the rules of the art. Beer lovers will find plenty to satisfy their cravings in the Cotentin region. One of the latest offerings is from Brasserie de l'Ouve: this craft microbrewery was created by Nicolas Marchand, a native of the region with a passion for the subject. Blonde, rousse, amber, the flavors on offer are just as varied, and the Barbey, the name given to the first products, has already met with success. Although the company doesn't currently have a boutique, you can find these beers at local markets and events.

Mainly caramels and chocolates, and many other marvels: Maison Pèlerin has no shortage of resources. This vast building, which can be found on the approach to Mont-Saint-Michel, also offers sweet and savoury specialities, and rightly emphasizes the French and local production that is its trademark. The caramels are numerous, starting with the savoury ones, which are to die for. The same goes for chocolates, with tuiles, orangettes and plaquettes that are sure to please.

Brasserie de la Baie has quickly become a solid reference! For many years now, under the leadership of Christophe Lesénéchal, dozens of hectolitres have been produced. There's a brew for every taste: from dark to amber to blonde, the know-how and selection of the best products make these little marvels. Numerous retailers in Normandy and Brittany give you the opportunity to buy some in the region: really hard not to succumb.

This unique caterer offers culinary creations made exclusively with products sourced within a 60-kilometre radius of Donville. You can of course order dishes for your private or professional events, which will be prepared according to several suggestions, but you can also come from Tuesday to Sunday to choose the dish of the day and treat yourself at a lower cost. The welcome is excellent, so we recommend this very nice establishment, which is also easily accessible.

The Martin family has been at the helm of the Thalassa Tradition company for several decades, producing famous and reputed oysters. For a few months now, the company has also had its own sales outlet in the Blainville shellfish farming area. Offering a wide range of oysters - there is something for every taste - but also many other shellfish, the shop, dressed in wood, is open from Monday to Friday. The welcome is top-notch, as are the products! We highly recommend the place.

Masterfully managed by Charly, who puts his youth to good use running this well-known establishment, Le Chat qui Boit is located in the heart of Coutances. You'll find excellent wines and spirits here, but also an "apple cellar". Ciders are also on the menu, with products from three cider mills on offer for tasting. The bar remains a great place for sharing and meeting up with friends, and concert sessions are numerous and regular. In short, a real place to live.

Here's a craft brewery in the heart of Avranches. Specialising in organic brewing, it's the brainchild of Thomas Delenclos. Here, water is recycled and only the best products are used. The result is a range of beers to suit every taste and colour. To discover these beers "Made in Avranches", as the brand says, it's easy: you can find them during tastings at the partners' premises, or buy them at the various points of sale listed on the brewery's social networks.

Who hasn't tasted the products of La Trinitaine? Originally from Brittany (which goes to show that Normans and Bretons agree at least on the taste of good things!), the brand is best known for its cookies, whose success has been undiminished for over 50 years. To reach this producer's farm, leave Barenton in the direction of Saint-Cyr-du-Bailleul. After 3 km, follow the signpost to the right; the winery is 800 m away. Here, Daniel Gérard welcomes you to discover a multitude of products made from apples and pears, by his own hands, from 300 high-stemmed apple and 300 pear trees and 1/2 hectare of low-stemmed pear trees.
