Masterfully run by Vincent Pichon, Le Brécéen cider house is located in the heart of the Normandy bocage. The premises, which have been awarded the "haute valeur environnementale" (high environmental value) certification, allow you to discover marvellous ciders, as well as calvados and many other products: juices, compotes and jellies. The boutique is open Tuesday to Thursday mornings, and all day Friday and Saturday!

Le Labyrinthe En-Champ-Thé is the first and largest producer of organic tea. Located in Grand Coude on Reunion Island, this organic farm offers guided tours of their operation, as well as the sale of their products, including white tea, green tea, essential oils, confits, syrups and shortbread. The Labyrinthe En-Champ-Thé is a true story of passion, initiated by Johny and his wife Emmanuelle in 2005. They decided to relaunch tea production in Grand Coude, a village located at an altitude of 1100 meters. Thanks to their expertise and the advice of former tea workers, they cultivate, transform and bring to light French tea. This visit is a unique, gourmet experience for everyone on Réunion Island, sure to delight the eyes and taste buds of visitors. The Labyrinthe En-Champ-Thé has also been featured in several TV programs and reports, including "Échappées Belles" on France 5.

A story of passion: that's the story of Maxime Haupais, who took over the family dairy and transformed it into a cider farm whose products are becoming increasingly well-known in the area. In the pretty little boutique created here, you'll find award-winning products of excellence: brut, extra brut, doux and demi-sec ciders, as well as a few spirits. Open Wednesday afternoons and Friday afternoons, you're sure to come and stock up.

The Saumonier Cherbourg is the only salmon farm in the harbour in France. The salmon is farmed in pure waters, is fed thanks to specifically designed sustainable fishing and is not subjected to any chemical products. This gives its flesh a natural, firm and tasty texture. A range of smoked products is also available: haddock, cold-smoked mackerel, hot-smoked and scented mackerel, etc. You can also visit the premises, including the aquaponic farm.

At the entrance to the town, the Conquérant des Saveurs offers several products: you will have understood that they all revolve around delicacies and good products. Firstly, and this is why many people come here, the delicatessen: teas, coffees, soups, charcuterie, or cider, but also a good number of craft products. Taken over by the young Louis Dethezy some time ago, the venerable Ferme de la Butte, whose cider products have long been a reference, remains among the best establishments in the business. Today, the farm is still the place of production, and it has a nice little cider museum. There is also a point of sale at the nearby Château de Chanteloup, as well as at the Crécey farm market in Saint-Pair-sur-Mer in the summer.

A fine establishment, which has earned its letters of nobility over the years: such is this Comptoir des Vignes, located in the heart of the city. Here you'll find a fine but wide selection of wines from France's finest vineyards, as well as a number of vintages from further afield. Spirits are also in abundance, ideal for enhancing your cellars or for excellent gift ideas. Comptoir des Vignes also offers regular appointments with producers who come on site to show you their products.

All of Africa (or almost) in one shop, that's what Exodelis shop, located on boulevard de la Libération, offers! Here, we really like the food products offered in the grocery section, starting with the dishes of the day (the vegetable samoussas and the mafé, tested a short time ago, left us a nice memory), the drinks, the spices... so many flavours almost make you dizzy. You will also find here African handicrafts, and even others, dedicated to cosmetics. A little change of scenery is always welcome!

For a few months, Karim Samaté has successfully opened his vines, along the very busy Villedieu road. The latter, gradually becoming an amateur, and then connoisseur of wine, decided to cross the step by now standing at the head of his own sign. These are now about 500 references, no less, which are offered to the amateurs. This is obviously not everything, since stronger spirits, beers and some fine grocery products are also offered. A real plan.

Nicolas Allain's story is a pretty one, with his fish rillettes packaged in colourful cabins, a symbol of the town's waterfront. For several years now, in partnership with a chef he met in Brittany, the entrepreneur has been offering a wide range of products: sea bream with thyme, gilthead bream with garlic cream, mackerel with mustard, the flavours combine to perfection! Where can you find these tasty little nuggets? Simple: at the Gouville supermarket (its name is on the P'tites Cabines website!).

Once you've been reminded - and rightly so - that the drink should be consumed in moderation, there's no reason to avoid a visit to the premises, or even a tasting! The GAEC des Poumyis produces Fouchard Calvados, as well as ciders and pommeau. Of course, you can also visit the winery to learn more about the production process. You can also buy these marvels on site, to round off your visit to this lovely place in style - and taste!

There are stores that do good, and the Coutances farm is one of them! This collective shop, resulting from the pooling of about fifteen producers several years ago, offers in Coutances products as good as local, and in short circuit, guaranteeing you an incomparable freshness. Cheese and charcuterie, cookies and honey, and all this without forgetting the local specialities, whether it is teurgoule or milk jam - and yoghurts! The space was expanded last year to offer more references!

A beautiful shop, in the heart of Cherbourg, from which emanate intoxicating scents even on the pavement! In addition to the famous coffee roasting offer (made for no less than 16 different vintages), the place proposes many teas and local products. You will also find here herbal teapots, teapots, and other mugs, as well as some delicacies. The welcome is excellent, and you can even taste coffee here. Finally, note that a second shop has opened its doors, on the heights of La Glacerie, in the Montmartre shopping centre.

Several hundred liters of beer are brewed monthly by the team of workers at the bitter, a microbrewery that is no longer so micro, and which has gradually gained many fans. Having won prizes in numerous contests, the beers are brown, blond, amber, and always tasty. You can find these delights in many local establishments, and especially in the nice shop located at the bottom of the village of Les Pieux.

It is a large shopping centre, completely rebuilt across the east boulevard a few years ago. With an average commercial gallery, the centre is open every day except Sunday, and offers many services, including car rental, a petrol station at prices défiants competition as well. This is the main area of Tourlaville, and generally in the eastern part of the agglomeration.
