He produces three kinds of beers in 25 cl and 75 cl, blond, amber with the Roule Bouboule, brown with the Back in Black, or with blueberries from the Montagne Bourbonnaise with the Myrt'Ouille. Discover also a beer specially dedicated to Saint-Nicolas-des-Biefs with a taste of blueberries or fir thorns, the Saint-Nico'ale. A visit is a must!

Read moreThree friends, Julien, Nicolas and Thomas, brew a range of unpasteurized craft beers with 100% Bourbonnais appellations. A blonde, Beurdine, known as "la folle", a white, Jargeotte, known as "la bavarde", hopped whites, Dâleuse, meaning "it's hot", while Safr'Ane and Taloche are amber, and Bouchure is a brown. The alchemy of the brewers, combined with the cochonnailles d'la Vauvre, has given birth to Vauvrette, a smooth, light blonde, on sale exclusively at the Vauvre stall in Vallon-en-Sully.
