Hop growers and brewers in the heart of the Forterre region. Élodie and Willy offer workshops, discovering brewing by brewing your own beer with organic hops from Jardins d'Élodie, over a breakfast of sweets from Boulangerie des Faubourgs in Lapalisse. They brew four types of beer: a White IPA, a white beer, the Black IPA, La Chamb'ale, L'Abeille Cool ambrée, la Récolte, a refreshing, tangy beer with a beautiful pinkish-red color.
