L'Embouteillage N7 de Lapalisse is an event that takes place every two years, on the second weekend in October. During this vintage weekend, enthusiasts from all over France and even Europe gather in the village of Lapalisse. This unique historical re-enactment lets you relive the atmosphere of vacation departures on the Nationale 7 in the 1950s and 1960s, with period vehicles (cars, caravans, motorcycles...) and participants dressed in retro clothing.

Back in the past every two years not to be missed in Lapalisse with the traffic jams of the years 1950-1960 of the departures in vacations on the national 7. The famous N7 is the opportunity to relive this beautiful era with about 1,000 vehicles present, cars, caravans, motorcycles ... Participants come from all over France and even Europe in period clothing. Vintage atmosphere guaranteed with animations, concerts, elegance contest and many exhibitors.

Every year, some twenty visiting troupes perform alongside professional artists and entertainers. Street entertainment and a medieval market, craft stalls and arts and crafts demonstrations, chivalry tournaments, music, juggling, fire artists, tightrope walkers, fire and animal shows, cabaret, tavern, cuisine, medieval feasts in the church of Saint-Marc, book fair and organ concert - you're sure to be transported to another era! An event not to be missed.

The time of a weekend, the Autumn Musical Days of Souvigny take possession of this city charged with history, for the delight of lovers of baroque music. A particularly warm atmosphere characterizes this young festival that combines concerts, gastronomy and discovery of the medieval site of Souvigny. Festival goers can benefit from an innovative, high-quality formula for exceptional rates.

Les Arts dans la Bulle is a circus festival dedicated to young audiences. During three days, Saint-Yorre welcomes many street shows or a big musical parade. Magic, acrobatics, brass band, theater, mime or music hall. Children will also be able to participate in circus workshops (on registration) where they will discover the unicycle, stilts, juggling or diabolo. Face painting workshops and refreshments at the Hall des Sports are also on the program.

Every year the International Psytrance Festival takes us into the world of science fiction. There are 100 artists on three stages to which are added scenographies, decorators, painters, video artists... who come to perform at the Vieure lake. Throughout the festival, food stands are available in the festival village. A choice of world cuisine, french fries, smoothies, varied dishes, organic and regional. With the idea of representing the arts related to psytrance culture, a space is dedicated to artisans and creators to allow them to exhibit and offer for sale art objects, paintings, clothing, jewelry, accessories...

August 26th in Teillet, then August 31st in Lignerolles, and September ^1st and 2nd in Argenty. For the past ten years, this original festival has presented theatrical shows in the villages of the Cher valley. On the program, concerts of all kinds, songs for adults and young audiences and magic. With all kinds of surprises, little joys and big smiles caught in the middle of a show, a performance, or a crazy cabaret...

The Chavannée awaits you with a dance group, a choir, two orchestras and a ménétrière band, then the festival goes on next to the town of Du with the meeting of musicians on the café terrace. It is also an opportunity to make a small visit to the house of Nature and to the house of the Allier Skippers. The Chavannée also organizes the feast of the Brandons and the feast of the River, not to miss!
