Just outside Tonneins on the road to Marmande, Jérôme Fronteau's boulangerie pâtisserie is well known in the region for more than one reason. For its breads and delicious cakes. For its gourmet Christmas logs, its galettes des rois with their ever original beans, and its Easter chocolates. And for its viennoiseries, which earned one of our apprentices second place in a viennoiserie championship. Yves Thuriès has its own plantations of cocoa beans in Ecuador and hazelnuts in Baleyssagues. The flavored ganaches sold in the store in downtown Agen offer an exquisite texture and taste. Marshmallow in the summer, Morello cherries with kirsch and marrons glacés in the winter, all "home-made", give rhythm to the seasons of our delicacy.
