Sweet and savory cookies with sought-after flavors: this cookie factory, which will open in the spring of 2022, deserves to be known.
Françoise Sorbié deploys her talent as a pastry chef to make dry cakes without coloring or preservatives. Her almond croquants, hazelnut sablés and rustic walnut cakes are real delights. The nuts she uses are from the Lot-et-Garonne region, as are her organic eggs. She also makes savoury cookies for aperitifs. Her boutique is located in the "Les Remp'arts" art gallery. There are a few tables where you can sit and enjoy a tea or coffee break served with a cookie, while taking time to admire the works.
