The place is magnificent, surrounded by vineyards. In fact, this "château" is the image of its department: rough, humble, simple, but imposing all the same. The ageing cellars are located in the old chapel. The vineyard is important. Antoine and Robert de Langalerie will make you discover flocs de Gascogne, armagnacs, Agen prunes with armagnac... The Château de la Grangerie is part of the Bienvenue à la ferme network which supports farmers so that they can meet expectations in terms of product tasting.

In summer, Villeneuve-sur-Lot's nightly gourmet events move to different locations in the town center. Who knows what delicious gourmet dishes you'll be able to put together from one stand to the next? A host of local producers will be on hand to offer their meats, fruit and vegetables, a variety of desserts, wines and beers... All in a festive atmosphere, with live music every time. Ripaille, joie de vivre and conviviality: that's all there is to it!

Karine ripens her own goat's cheeses, Saint-Nectaire and others. Beaufort, Comté and Gruyère are magnificent hard cheeses with changing taste notes. Soft cheeses with bloomy or washed rinds are divine, like Maroilles or Langres. As for seasonal cheeses, Karine recommends Trappe Echourgnac from Périgord, matured in walnut liqueur, Grataron d'Arêches fermier, a goat's cheese from Beaufortain in Savoie, and Saint-Nicolas from Hérault, made from whole raw ewe's milk. Another favorite is the sweet, fragrant tomme aux fleurs.

Corinne and Emilie run their farm in a spirit of conviviality and sharing. You come to eat here to experience an authentic culinary terroir. Duck sausage served with aperitif. Starters include rillettes and foie gras pâté, soup or garbure. Magret, confit, poule au pot, cochon à la broche and other traditional recipes. Homemade apple crumble for dessert. A glass of Buzet wine with all that, and life is good!

Between Bordeaux and Bergerac, near Duras, the Berticot store, run by cooperative winegrowers from the Côtes de Duras region, offers a selection of some twenty white, red, rosé and sweet AOP Côtes de Duras and AOP Bordeaux wines. After the red and white wines, discover a special wine in the "A Toute Berzingue" range from an experimental vineyard: the rosé cuvée 2023. Store for gift ideas and regional products. On Tuesdays throughout the summer, the winery organizes wine tours and tastings, by reservation only.

This family distillery has a long history dating back to the early ^20th century in the Alps. Its recipes for wild sloe, blackberry, mirabelle and walnut liqueurs have established its reputation. Its future lies in whiskies. The distillery grows its own barley, malts it on site and ages it in French oak barrels, producing exceptional local single malt and single cask whiskies. A gourmet restaurant will open in June 2024.

The prune is embodied by the house Roucadil since 1890. In the store, you can buy them classic or filled. You can also find chocolate sticks filled with prunes, chocolate bars with fruits from Lot-et-Garonne (dried figs, caramelized hazelnuts, dried apples married with caramel, goji berries). The know-how is plural with the beggars, the chocolate bars puffed rice or without sugar. To offer, the baskets will make a nice gift.

Andreia and Jean-Pascal Rodot's boutique-tea room is a real treat for the taste buds as well as the eyes. The ingredients for the cakes follow the seasons. New products are added regularly. Petit Futé appreciated the originality of the Diamant Noir (with its Périgord truffle crème montée) and the sablé with apple jelly, salted butter caramel and hay-infused ganache. The Yule logs are divine. Nice choice of chocolates in the form of bonbons or creative compositions. An ideal place for breakfast or a snack.

Since 2015, the estate has been owned by the Burrus family, chocolate merchants and owners of the Alsatian "Schaal" chocolate factory, as well as the "Marquise de Sévigné" and "Yves Thuries" brands. The vineyard covers 21.55 hectares of AOP Côtes-de-Duras. Merlot and Cabernet-Sauvignon are used to produce both white and red wines. The château also offers wine tourism, enabling wine and chocolate lovers to enjoy these new flavors. The entire vineyard was converted to organic farming in 2023.
