Elected one of the best apprentice bakers in France in 1998, Jérôme Cambou knows how to pass on his passion and know-how to his employees and apprentices. Right in the centre of Nérac, his shop window is full of colour, with flagship products such as the Royal, a crunchy sparkling chocolate, and a wide range of breads including the traditional "des menteurs" baguette, made with organic flour from the commune des menteurs... Moncrabeau. A cocooning place, in winter as in summer, to enjoy homemade hot soups and other freshly prepared products here.

le pain est excellent, l'expresso servi en terrasse tout autant. Les mille feuille au praliné...une tuerie ! Dommage que l'accueil manque parfois de sourire
