La Dérive Sucrée, the new pastry temple created by Lagenebre Yan in Villeréal. This pastry chef has worked at some of the finest restaurants in the Lot-et-Garonne region. This elegant patisserie-tea room offers restaurant-style desserts such as brioche perdue and île flottante. In parallel, a selection of refined pastries, to take away or enjoy on the premises. This summer, a savoury menu will be available. In partnership with Graines de Bastides, France's leading organic producer of pumpkin seeds, he also prepares bread made from ancient wheat.
