In collaboration with Patrick Fouquet, master jam maker world champion 2018, Janick Paytra launches in his turn in the making of artisanal jams. He participates for the first time in 2019 in the Confituriades and obtains the gold medal of the Order of Master Jammakers. Janick prepares his jams in his workshop/shop and sources as much as possible in short circuit: mirabelle plums from his village, strawberries from Dordogne, apricots from Roussillon, kiwis from Lot-et-Garonne... A nice souvenir to bring back from Saint-Emilion, to change the wine!

An agricultural cooperative specializing in fattened ducks, Palmagri brings together 9 passionate producers, all of whom are breeders and feeders. The ducks are raised outdoors in the Gironde region, between the southern Gironde vineyards and the Landes de la Gironde. The recipes, which use no preservatives or colorants, are concocted in Auros, in the production workshop. Duck in all its forms: tournedos, magret, fricassée de guit, garbure, foie gras, stuffed neck, boudin... The store opens on Saturday afternoons before the festive season.

Foie gras, confits, stuffed necks, grattons, rillettes, pâtés... Visit the Moulinat Farm! Philippe Fazembat and his three children have been raising ducks for several generations now. They still offer you some specialties such as stuffed duck breast or duck legs with Entre-Deux-Mers wine sauce flambéed with Armagnac (in tins, verrines and gourmet baskets). They are also producers of black pork. Reception room, caterer, animations, reception area... The Moulinat farm has many assets.

Of course, these products do not come from our region, but the shop is so beautiful and colourful that one must stop there. La Belle-Iloise is a Breton cannery of seafood products prepared in the traditional way. For 3 generations, the Hilliet family has been committed to canning ultra-fresh products in Quiberon. We like the colourful tins which offer sardines, tuna and mackerel from different original recipes.

Truffle producer, selector of quality local produce... Christophe Meynard is everything in one. If he's not in his store in Saint-Emilion, it's probably because he's with Gucci, his Jack Russel, in one of his truffle fields in Saint-Philippe-d'Aiguille. On the menu: fresh truffles of course, truffle products (oils, honey, butter, foie gras, Saunion chocolate, etc.), dedicated accessories and gift boxes. Eysines is one of the towns in the metropolis that has the most producers and market gardeners. For more than 10 years, Le Jardin d'Ethan has been selling seasonal vegetables grown either in the open field on 10 hectares of land or under 2 hectares of greenhouses, or in neighbouring farms. The fruit, produced in integrated or organic farming, comes from Gironde, Lot-et-Garonne, Dordogne, Roussillon, Lot, Corsica or Sicily. The products are sold in wooden or plastic crates given free of charge.

Aléna is a 120-hectare melanosporum truffle farm based in Aquitaine, producing 3 tonnes of Périgord black truffles a year, which are sold to some of the world's top chefs. It's possible to live the adventure a little closer, by adopting a truffle oak. By subscribing to an adoption contract, you will receive 50g of black Périgord truffles, two boxes of Aléna truffle supremes (one containing 15g of black truffles, the other 30g of summer truffles) and a recipe booklet every year for 3 years.

Château de l'Evêché is a wine producer located in Lalande de Pomerol. The estate is planted on a clay-gravel terroir and mainly grows Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes. The wines produced are typical of the Lalande de Pomerol appellation. The estate offers tours by appointment, where visitors can learn about the history of the château and taste the wines. At weekends, tours are available by prior arrangement. Château de l'Evêché also sells its wines online.

Located in Lagorce. Here you can find beeswax candles and different types of honey, such as Ardèche chestnut honey, Ardèche lavender honey and Ardèche white heather honey. The honey mill has an online store where you can place orders. Honey is produced in compliance with food hygiene standards, using stainless steel equipment.

An urban farm in the heart of Floirac? Welcome to the Cave Agricole, installed in old abandoned cellars of buildings in Dravemont. A very unusual place for an agricultural production! Yet here ten species of vegetables are grown all year round (endives, mushrooms, oyster mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms). Organic crops that require almost no energy. The harvests are then found in the grocery stores of the district! The crops also supply La Ruche, which says yes, and restaurants in the area, in short circuit. The results of the start-up after one year are more than promising: more than 13 tons of endives and 9 tons of mushrooms have been harvested.

Founded nearly 50 years ago by foie gras goldsmith Robert Chaffanjon, the Moulin de la Molle cannery offers gourmets goose and duck foies gras from the Landes region. Today run by Annie Chaffanjon, this small, relatively confidential business supplies the region's châteaux, sells directly on site, or ships its foies gras around the world. The chef's tasting advice: thinly sliced on baguette or toasted farmhouse bread, ideally accompanied by an old Sauternes wine... Enthusiasts are in for a treat!

Yvette has opened a small, family-run cookie factory, where she makes delicious sweet (orange or lemon, almond/praline, chocolate, etc.) or savory (thyme/parmesan and onion/Espelette pepper) palets in a tiny laboratory, without coloring or preservatives. In association with a jeweler in La Teste-de-Buch, she also offers an ocean-themed necklace. You can also find her cookies and gift boxes on the 100% Arcachon Basin and Val de l'Eyre online market (www.cavientdubassindarcachon.fr).

Hervé Gaillard's farm is typical of the Médoc, set among pine trees. Hervé welcomes you to the farm, but you won't see any cows, goats or pigs, because Hervé is a heliciculturist, a breeder of large and small grey snails, which he transforms into ready-made meals and preserves. He'll be delighted to tell you all about his snail breeding, his methods and his animals... And when spring comes, Hervé produces strawberries and asparagus, so you can buy fresh and preserved strawberries, jams and white asparagus direct from the farm.
