MOON HARBOUR DISTILLERY
Read moreJean-Philippe Ballanger has created the Moon Harbour brand, a 100% Bordeaux whisky: the cereals are grown in the region, the copper stills are made by a local craftsman, and the aging barrels come from nearby châteaux (Sauternes or red wine grands crus). The tour takes in the raw materials storage area, the vat room, the stills and a bunker converted into an ageing cellar. The tour ends with a tasting of the whiskies, rum and gin also distilled on site.

Read moreToday, Christophe and Sophie Gouache are the owners of the legendary Château Loudenne, founded in 1670. The first terroir in the Médoc appellation, the vineyard borders the Gironde estuary, and boasts a private port where you can arrive by boat. The services on offer are worthy of the place: tours, tastings, workshops, cruises... The estate covers 132 hectares, including 62 hectares planted with Médoc red, Bordeaux white - the oldest in the Médoc (1880) - and rosé. The vineyard is certified organic in 2022 and HVE level 3 in 2017.

This Grand Cru Classé is owned by the Boidron family, who began making wine in 1760, following the rhythm of nature. No herbicides are used here, the grapes are harvested by hand. Only batches of perfect quality are bottled at the Château. The wine is kept in an underground cellar. The awards and medals won are the result of this quality of work. The Boidron family is at the cutting edge of new technologies: a visit is a must!

CHATEAU DE PRESSAC
Read moreChâteau de Pressac, located in Saint-Étienne-de-Lisse, is a winery that welcomes around 10,000 visitors every year. Visitors have the opportunity to discover the magnificent panoramas and the heritage of centuries, as well as the art of vine and wine. The château has received several awards, including the Best Of du Tourisme Silver in 2006 in the "Parks, Gardens and Landscapes" category, the Best Of du Tourisme Gold in 2007 for its architecture, and the Best Of Wine in 2014 in the "Architecture and Landscapes" category. Visits are by appointment only. The boutique offers wines from the estate as well as a selection of wine-related items. In 2020, strict sanitary measures are in place, including the use of hydroalcoholic gel, compulsory masks and social distancing. The château also offers special tours and tastings, as well as buffet tours. Space can also be rented for business events.
