COYA Monte-Carlo sublimates the great classics of Peruvian cuisine in a magnificent green setting. A culinary journey that begins with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean. Here, the chef intends to take his customers' taste buds on a modern, tasty and exotic cuisine. The colorful and healthy dishes are prepared in front of you: ceviches, causa frita, tres leches... L'escapade gourmande offers a selection of 100% local dishes. For dessert, succumb to the inevitable tiramisu of the house. A nice address, perfect for a lunch break on the Rock.
